Children are a very important part of Pendleton UMC. We have several ministries dedicated to nurturing our youngest members. We invite you and your family to become involved with any of our available groups.
Our current Sunday School layout is a “Large Group, Small Group” format. All children from 5K to 5th grade will meet in the Clubhouse located in the last classroom upstairs in the new building.
During the first 20 minutes of the “Large Group”, the children will participate in social time, games, prayer, song, Bible skills, memory verses, Bible stories and a video.
The last 20 minutes will be spent in their classrooms across the hall from the clubhouse in their “Small Group”, participating in activities that reinforce the Bible lesson and video from the day.
Children can be picked up from one of these two classrooms at 10:45am.
Club 22:6 at Pendleton UMC is based upon Proverbs 22:6. Our Clubhouse hours are every Sunday evening from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. All children from K5 – 5th grade are welcome to become Charter members of the Club.
Parents please note that a Medical release Form will be required before any child can participate in Club 22:6, which can be downloaded below.
Also, there will be no eating allowed in the Clubhouse. Therefore, no meals will be provided.
